Repairs are performed by the manufacturer, Nidec. Repair time will vary depending on the shipment status of the factory.
As for maintenance fees, for example, in the case of a 160 note music box, it takes about 300,000 yen to replace the diaphragm.
If you dismantle the music box by yourself and it becomes unrepairable, we will not undertake the repair.
